扮煎"蛋"最维妙维肖者莫过于腐竹,加點粉类,然後煎香就能定型。未有用上鸡蛋,但做出来的味道、口感和营养价值也绝不逊色!
Beancurd is the most lifelike ingredient pretends to be a egg. Add some flour and pan-fry to set the shape. No eggs are used, but the taste, texture and nutritional value are similar!
食材:
腐竹条 60克、金针菇 150克、食油 ½-2汤匙、
黑盐 ¼茶匙、海盐 ¼茶匙、胡椒粉 ⅛茶匙、糖 ¼茶匙、
营养酵母 1¼、芝麻油 1茶匙、玉米粉 1½汤匙、
面粉 3汤匙、清水 40毫升、姜黄粉 ⅛茶匙、芫茜 15克
Ingredients:
Beancurd sticks 60g, enoki mushroom 150g, cooking oil ½-2tbsp,
black salt ¼tsp, sea salt ¼tsp, white pepper ⅛tsp, sugar ¼tsp, nutritional yeast 1tsp, sesame oil 1tsp, corn flour 1½tbsp,
plain flour 3tbsp, water 40ml, turmeric powder ⅛tsp, coriander 15g
